All natural domestic Wagyu Beef is one of consumer’s healthy options. It’s traceable history, specific genetic bloodlines, and holistic cattle production method produces unique muscle fibers and distinct flavorful marbling. The animals are grain fed with a special 100% vegetarian diet for a minimum of 400 days, with no antibiotics or added growth hormones to create an extraordinary tender eating experience. The cattle are closely monitored every step of the process throughout production to make sure that they meet Prairie Harvest’s exacting standards.
